There's a few things I've noticed about these videos I haven't seen mentioned

The street surface appears to be slick, at least in certain places. The officer who approached the door almost lost his footing. Someone else in the clip behind him did slip and fall.
It looks like the shooter came from the tan suburban on the other side and behind of the maroon SUV and approached from the back to the front as the car was in reverse . He may have had slick footing too. The shooting officer is probably lucky to be alive.
Something real similar happened in Little Rock a few years ago if you look up Charles Starks, Bradley Blackshire. Starks was a Little Rock cop following a stolen car that ended up in an enclosed parking lot where Blackshire tried to flee.
Right now, policy, or tactics, or instincts seems bad when it concerns an officer trying to stop a vehicle by getting in front of it or near the front. One thing they hope, is that the driver doesn't speed off in that situation and crash out of recklessness or start a pursuit.
With that said, it's significant to me within a split second, the officer avoided being ran over, and the driver must of had her foot on the floor to slam in to parked cars.

The exact moment he reaches for his weapon. notice the distance between the officer and the vehicle is maybe 2 feet or less. Look at her tires, they are on a direct line with him. he has no egress out of the position he is in. Whether he chooses to go left right or retreat, she is in a 3 or 4 thousand pound weapon pointed at him with no distance between them.. furthermore, watch the video leading up to this point. the officer was in a position of relative safety, perpendicular to her passenger door as the front of the vehicle was pointed away from him. In a split second she reverses into a turn and is now head up with him just as the pic shows. His physical position never changed, but the danger he was in was immediate.. The officer never reached for his weapon until this moment. In an instant she stepped on the gas. Rash decisions can have deadly consequences. She's dead because of the decisions she made

This is indisputable video evidence that she did hit the agent and pushed him back with her vehicle prior to him discharging his firearm. Someone else enhanced this clip by slowing it down even more and zooming in for a close up and you can clearly see the vehicle making bodily contact (you can see it in this video as well). I'll try and find it again and post it. The clips being circulated by the media to make it appear that none of that happened to stoke the flames is some of the most evil shite I've ever seen.

The other thing a cop has to consider is the other people around the scene who might also get run over by this madwoman.
Great so he jumps out of the way and saves himself but he just let a dangerous person driving a lethal weapon leave the scene where she might strike and kill somebody else, maybe even a kid since they were in a residential neighborhood.

if you pause your video at the 8 second mark, his body is at a full 45 degree angle indicating that at least for a moment he was on the hood of the suv

And I saw a super slo mo where both of his feet came off the ground when the car hit him

I’ve been told that if you’re body surfing on the hood of the car that has hit you and can reasonably dismount, you’re in zero danger.
In fact, at that point you are the aggressor and the driver is now the victim - TX Tiger

Without question. To add to that, I saw another tweet stating that the same agent had been involved in a similar situation a couple months back and was nearly hit by a vehicle in that incident as well. My thoughts initially after watching the clips that were being circulated was that it was questionable whether or not he needed to open fire. After seeing these enhanced and slowed down videos from different perspectives, I completely changed my position. It was justified and she unequivocally brought that upon herself.

Well yeah...because she was already incapacitated by the round (or two or three to the head).

Thanks. The problem with watching it in super slow motion is that it gives the illusion of time. The officer in question went from a position of safety to immediate danger within a second or two and had to make a life and death decision. If she cuts her wheels to the left, she runs right over the top of him. You also can’t discount the possibility that her getting shot and falling towards the inside of the car didn’t play a role in the car veering towards the right.

I am just wondering about the property damage her vehicle did when it crashed. Hope it had insurance because it would suck to have to pay for damages out of your pocket when you current partners funeral is also going to cost you money.

Add to all this the driver's decision to abandon her "wife" who had gotten out of the suv to presumably also interfere with the ICE agents. It's not like she was going to circle the block and pick her up.
The driver made a terrible rash decision and paid the price.

They’ll have a go fund me begging for money before noon.
