Chauvin INjustice part II
DHS needs to surge more agents to MN as a result of this.

It’s a white woman, Minnesota isn’t going to burn over this one.

The state of Minnesota may attempt to put him on trial, but they'll lose. Something about that pesky supremacy clause.

He was clearly justified if you look at the other angle.

It’s a federal use of force / death investigation. Good luck prosecuting with the entire investigative apparatus hostile to your cause. Also, Minnesota cannot handle the amount of FO they will reap if they FA and try that.

The only angle I seen was from the rear as the woman was backing up. Hard to tell exactly what was going on in the front of the vehicle.

Look at the video above you.

The lack of reading comprehension on this board is astounding.
I said IF the ICE agent is put on trial by the State of MN then he is fricked- ala Derick Chauvin.
A jury in state court in MN is going to frick this ICE agent and a state judge will send away for a long time.

Well that seems pretty clear it’s a good shoot, no?

That angle right there puts this entire situation to bed.
Case closed, shut the frick up, time to go home.
What's for dinner?

Woman was likely brainwashed by leftists media to believe that Trump was literally Hitler and ICE was his SS.
Watching MsM can literally get you killed.

I’m very much on ICE’s side. But this isn’t the supremacy clause.
That’s just federal law trumps state and local law.

Facts are irrelevant to juries with a political purpose. An ICE agent being charged with a crime in Minnesota would be the Yankee version of To Kill a Mockingbird.

There could theoretically be an argument based on the agent of the federal government acting within the scope of federal law, but that would likely come down to the behavior being lawful and we get back to the same square 1 of the criminal defense for state charges.

No.
Videos out show the car the agent to be in front of the vehicle when did are fired and honestly it may have clipped the agent as he moved out of the way.
It is 100 percent a legal shoot.
And I would think the federal government will take over the investigation so MN is out of luck.
And anyone neutral to the matter will see that the agent was in front of the car. He had to move to the side to get out of the way and still may have been hit by the car.

State of MN can't.
Any trial for a federal agent in performance of duties will not be allowed to remain in state court.

Hopefully she's white, overweight, and ugly. If shes attractive (unlikely) it will create more sympathy and outrage
