Today, the statute of limitations ran out on most federal crimes arising from inciting the J6 riot and grandma trespassing.
Some obvious crimes remain: Officer Harry Dunn's perjury in the Oath Keepers case; Liz Cheney's admitted witness tampering, etc. But, I haven't heard anything about DOJ investigations.
Why do you think Trump's DOJ failed to pursue any charges?

Way to make it about Trump ivory. Wouldn’t expect less. Pretty sure Trump pardoned everyone that was left. The democrats crimes have been covered up.

Maybe RICO is why. FED SOL for RICO is 10 years from end of enterprise.

It's the only DOJ we have. I just put "Trump's DOJ," because I thought there would be an incentive to prosecute what most of us think was a Fedsurrection to seal the theft of the 2020 election.
Liz Cheney ADMITTED to witness tampering. Why wasn't she charged? You always think I'm trying to make a point with questions. I'm not.
I don't understand the lack of action. I guess you do.

You think cops or undercover agents who encouraged protestors to enter the building could be part of the same "enterprise" as the raid on MAL? Good luck with that theory.

Treason has a very narrow definition. Harry Dunn's perjury, for instance, could not be considered treasonous.

Dillon's repetition of that doesn't make it true. The offenses with which the alleged pipe bomber was charged all timed-out today.

Hmmm... I'm thinking the Asst. Attorney General of the United States may- JUST MAY - have more information on the matter than some malcontent rando on the internet.

As to those crimes which can be shown to be part of a conspiracy, she is correct. Individual acts of police brutality and inciting a riot, however, wouldn't be part of a conspiracy and expire today under 18 USC 3282...5 years from the date of the crime.
That there is a 5-year SOL for most federal crimes isn't some deep dark secret. Anybody with reading abilities knows that and isn't "influenced" into thinking that.

IDGAF about the rank & file Capitol Police. I'm only interested in Michael Leroy Byrd and above getting the appropriate justice for their crimes committed.
