Reggie White, Chris Doleman, Kevin Greene (on roids for sure!), Bruce Smith, Ed Too Tall Jones, Julius Peppers, and as of today, Cameron Jordan!

Peppers had an insanely long, productive career, much like Cam. Super rare he missed a game too, just like Cam (4 his rookie year and 2 another year for Peppers).

Cam just needs to play for 2 more years to equal how long Peppers played. Probably won't hit his 159.5 sacks though, but if he could get to 145+ it puts him on rare air.

He has an excellent chance of finishing his career in the top 10 of all time sack leaders. That’s not bad work.

Peppers was a monster though.
Even in his older years.

Cam needs to do a cycle of roids for this last season with NO.

There's only a 30 sack difference between them, and Peppers has 2 years played on Cam. That's pretty fricking close to equal production, though Peppers does have the edge.

Cam has been a monster his whole career as well, but has always been underrated by most.

Aren't all of them in the HOF?

Cam Jordan should be a HOF. Obviously the sacks are great but also great all around end who was actually great against the run as well. The other important stat that rarely gets mentioned is his pass breakups at the LOS (67) which is 5th all time for DL.

Thank you. Most people look at the sack total when talking about Cam's HOF chances, which I get, it's the flashiest stat for Edge players, but Cam was a complete player on top of having a really high sack total. I think the only thing he didn't do was force fumbles.

Cam will be Hall of Fame, no doubt. The question is first ballot or will he have to wait X amount of years.

Cam is VERY well liked within the NFL media circles which will be a huge advantage.

Id guess he'll be first ballot bc he'll immediately transition into a prominent media role as soon as he retires, which will continue to help him grow relationships with HOF voters
