Maduro’s VP is now in power.
What actually changes here other than the prosecution of Maduro and his wife?
Will there be more strikes to eliminate the PSUV?
Is the operation finished?
How accurate is it to really call this regime change?

We have to finesse regime change. We can't say the operation was for regime change. And just indict her and her cronies in Florida and we will go and get them.

Damn I thought some Jedi mind trick would install non socialist leadership instantaneously. God damned time space continuum!

I think the VP wasn't elected, but appointed. What would you do if you were her? Would you get all uppity and defiant given that your former boss is on his way to a cell in NY right now?
I'm guessing the new president of Venezuela is going to do whatever Marco Rubio tells her to do and there will probably be an election in the not too distant future in which the woman who actually won the last election will be elected president.

Every tinpot tyrant just saw in real time how tenuous their hold on power really is.

The VP is in Moscow, nothing they can do but live there or ask to come back as a regular citizen under US controlled regime.

It’s been like maybe eight hours. Maduro hasn’t even changed his diaper yet . They have the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize winner- a woman who overwhelmingly won the election- waiting in the wings. The socialists are done.

She is not.
She is believed to have fled the country to either Cuba or Russia. The United States are in de facto control of Venezuela until a democratic transfer of power can take place.

That's why we are still there for the "transition" with a promise of even greater strikes.
