Brendan Sorsby Update | Arrived at Texas Tech for Visit

Keep your ears to the ground for this one - Nakos reported earlier that Sorsby will be coming to LSU immediately following his visit to Texas Tech.
That COULD mean he is on LSU campus tonight. (or certainly this weekend at the latest)
More to come when more is known.
EDIT: According to AYS Sports (grain of salt & all that
) he will be on LSU's campus tomorrow.

He won’t be on LSU campus tonight, probably not even tomorrow. He’s from Texas and his gf goes to TT. He’s not landing and taking back off.

Not everyone is controlled by poon. He wants to go to the league and has foresight. I can assure you LSU and Lane gives him a better chance. He and the gf can handle long distance for 12 months
Being from outside of Dallas to Lubbock isn’t “close”. 4.5 hour drive one way. They will be flying regardless.

The Athletic reported that Sorsby will go the the draft if he gets word he should be a Top 50 overall pick.

That is bad authority, my friend. He will easily command north of $3.5mm, and that is a conservative estimate. LSU would top $2mm for him in a heartbeat. (and already have)

If Sorsby signs with Tech...hat Freshman Tech BackUp (Will Hammond) played some games this year would be a good get...he won them some pivotal ones with the starter hurt!
