The US govt has lost the right to forcibly tax us.

I mean, personally I don’t think it ever had the right to steal from us. But now that we have irrefutable proof of the not only poor stewardship of OUR money, but the outright, all out, treasonous FRAUD and embezzlement taking place by the democrat politicians - they’ve lost ANY excuse to take my money. At least until these wrongs are righted.
And the democrat party needs to be destroyed. It has become the bane of the US.

Christians are still under obligation by God to pay taxes to governments that require them. Mismanagement and even immoral uses of tax dollars don’t get us off the hook.

Sure, Jesus dined with tax collectors and invited them to follow him because they were corrupt sinners in cahoots with Rome. He condemmed the practice of corruption, which is exactly what we see here.
I certainly don't believe Christians are obligated by God to pay taxes to a government funding mass abortions, literal sex trafficking of children, or over indulgence on junk food (food stamps) as just a handful of examples.

Those commands were given during a time when the Roman government wasn’t more moral than our own, so the conclusion is that Christians don’t have the option to just stop paying taxes without disobeying God who provided the government.

Eminent domain authority requires that the state demonstrate a public use or "need" for the taking; all taxation should be similar.
If a taxing authority is fraudulent or wasteful, they should forfeit the ability to tax or take from their citizens. There should be a mechanism for an individual taxpayer to litigate this.
We are never going to send anyone in government to jail so at least give us the ability to starve them out.

not a right, it was given permission by the people
permission that the people can revoke

They are not. The sovereign is the American people, the government is supposed to be by and for. The founders fought a war over taxation with no representation, so they killed the government overlords. What’s going on now is a 1000x worse, as you mentioned, tax funds are being used for severely immoral means, if anything, Christians should be stepping up and replicating what the Christian founders did.

Oh, I assure you that they’ll still hand out punishments for non-payment.
If anybody is considering a tax “holiday”, better make sure there are so many participants that there’s no way the government can respond.

Interesting.
So since you feel that funding the mass abortion of children and child sex trafficking isn't evil enough, go ahead and tell us how much evil are you willing to tolerate YOUR money funding before you finally define it as "wrong"?

The biblical teaching has nothing to do with the evil of government but the obligation of the Christian to submit to governments when it comes to taxation.
