If Bain or Keldric Faulk are available, you have really helped your pass rush

Avrell Reese or Caleb Downs give you an impact defensive player

Jeremiyah Love gives us a RB1 to replace Kamara

Jordyn Tyson or Makai Lemon give us a potential WR1 for Shough

Lomu or Mauigoa can give us a RT and slide Fuaga to guard to replace Ruiz

Sure there could be some better options considering talent later in the draft or free agency... but all in all if we ended up with any of these guys i think we are improved.

I like everything except Love and the OT's.

Need atleast two QB's to go top 7.

Ideal draft for me would be Bain or Faulk in round one and somehow WR Boston in round 2.

Then just need to hit two more down the road starters in round 3 to 7 and we are set.

I would pass on Love. Serviceable running backs can get you far. We need WR much much more.

We can pick anywhere between 8 and 12. But we should have some good options.

We need the QBs to get some hype going into the draft. Simpson could change a lot of things.

Please don’t issue that challenge to Mickey. If there’s a DE or OT with no production but superhero measurables out there that nobody’s expecting on Day 1, Mickey will find him.

Outside of that scary possibility, I agree. We should get a great player in a position of need, especially if the QBs go.

After seeing playoff teams out due to qb injuries, teams on their 3rd stringers, teams bringing back QB grandpa and generally a depleted qb nfl my wish for the off season has changed.
Protect Tyler Shough at all cost. Build the best oline in the league and nothing less. Do this as priority no.1. The rest can follow.

I’d rather get a back in 2nd or 3rd but if we could get a serviceable guard or two in FA I DO think a player of Love’s caliber would greatly help Shough’s continued development.

As this roster continues to turnover I still think that is the most important component for eventual real sustained success. We need a lot of weapons for Shough so however KM wants to do it I’m fine with.

Love is the only other offensive player I’d consider at 8. Otherwise it has to be a defensive pick.

I think I’d rather sign Breece to a 3 yr 30 mil deal and draft defense or OL or WR

There are no WR or OL worthy of a top 10 pick

I’d take the Miami RT and move Fuaga and not be mad

David Bailey would be a nice pick at 8 as well. I think he fits the mold of Staley’s defense, Bosa and Mack .

I kind of agree on WR. Tyson and Tate are worthy of first round picks, but I don’t see them being that much better than Boston, Brazzell, Lane, etc. However, if one of those guys runs a 4.4 they might go top 10.

I disagree on OL. I really like Mauigoa and would be ecstatic if we got him. Over the offseason and most of the year I’ve been pounding the table for a pass rusher. But with Shough looking like a viable NFL QB, we have to make fixing our offensive line priority #1.

between the Olave trade and spending so much draft capital on offensive line over the last 6 drafts, they have really left other positions thin, especially on defense. It's hard to justify another OL unless there is a generational player there, and there isnt.

Demario Davis and Cameron Jordan have held the defense together by a string. As they get older it will become more unlikely for them to repeat what they have been doing, and the team has no direct replacements for their contributions. It can get ugly quick if they do not address defensive needs.

Yeah the top teams don’t need 4 first rounders on the o line. They can find a couple of solid starters later. If guard is the issue we don’t need to take yet ANOTHER first rounders at tackle simply to move a previous high pick to guard. We should be able to scout and find a serviceable to good GUARD somewhere later and bring in serviceable guy in FA.

I want to bring in an actual elite player in with a top 10 pick who will change games and help our young, promising qb.

Yea I hope we stick at 8. I hope it’s a defensive player or Love. Seems like a decent number of WR to be he in round 2, and I don’t really see a truly elite WR at the top of this draft. I’d rather rebuild the interior of the oline through free agency or mid round picks.

Also for the reasons you said, it also is a chance to trade down. Some team might be willing to move up to 8 to get their top guy at any number of positions, or ideally someone really rates a QB after Fernando and Moore highly and feels the need to go get their guy.

We will be in the best spot in I don't know how long to pick or trade. There will be the 3rd best qb, 1st rb, 1st te, 1st guard/center, 1st cb, 2nd or 3rd best de, 1st dt, 2nd lb all available.
Shough be fun.
