Although I feel taxes are necessary, I’d love to see it challenged in the Supreme Court. Nowhere in our constitution does it give the federal government power to collect taxes.

cases like this don't get to tax court, tax courts is for legitimate disputes for the application of existing tax law, these idiots get asset seizures and garnishment of wages. if she paid any more than 3 or 4 grand in taxes i'd be shocked.

Im telling you now, if someone reasonably respected, starts a movement, I would absolutely participate. Once big enough, the government would have to act on all this abuse. They wont jail over 100k people and I think it would actually help trump get things done on the abuse side.

Absolutely we do. For more than half of our history as a country we did not pay income taxes. Because it was actually forbidden until they amended the constitution. All of it hinges on the Government upholding their end of the bargain anyways and they damn sure don't do that. We already fought a fricking war over this.
