1997 Independence Bowl streaker

Watching Independence Bowl earlier today gave me inspiration to watch the highlights of the 1997 Independence Bowl against Notre Dame.
Does anyone remember or know this streaker:

Also, the great Ron Franklin provided play by play of the whole sequence. A different time.
Another streaking happened near the end of the game, but ESPN cut away before they showed him.

Wife and I bought scarfs at the stadium that were somehow from Super Bowl two years prior to this game. Did not care! Anything to help stay warm. Drank 1/2 gallon of hot chocolate. Now can you imagine that today? “Here come your 11-0 fighting tigers!” And 1/2 the stadium would be empty today.

Yep. It was sleeting on us. My group got pizzas just to have something warm to sit on. Thank God we beat that Irish arse, because it was cold af.
There's a guy who claimed to be the streaker in a thread from a few years back. Also, in rewatching the game a while back, I learned that Urban Meyer was on ND's sideline as a grad assistant or something.

That was one cold game ! Was a senior in high school, me and small
Group made the drive up! I just remember getting a headache from
Hell and no aspirin around and that was before any drinking!
Great memories and we stayed with a former / Tiger family friend from the early 80’s great memories and glad I redeemed myself after missing the nd game in tiger stadium due to flu

Was at that game. Forget about the streaker. All I remember is that I had my LSU Starter jacket on and it was cold AF.

Howza bout the streaker at the 2008 CWS in Omaha-- LSU vs North Carolina. He had nothing on but his Keds! I remember Jim Hawthorne's outrage-- "when they catch him, he needs to go to jail for a long, LONG time".

The 97 Tech team had Tim Rattay & Troy Edwards, went 9-2, beat Alabama, & somehow didn’t go to a bowl. This true Bulldog patriot was protesting this.
