In news at 11, some pregnant woman got ChatGPT to explain why it's OK for her to eat cat shite out of the cat box. (Don't worry, this happened 20 years ago before AI, but I watched it)

And every fricking time this happens, it slowly poisons the AI agents people come to rely on. GIGO. Garbage in, garbage out.

Eventually the AI going to tell us no… will want a reason your asking said question… responses will be something like “Your occupation is that of a construction worker/ plant worker said question has no bearing on your existence”… that’s how efficiency works…

That’s kind of funny. Those are the same kind of prompts that are used in writing to force students to get past basic make a claim/defend your claim essays.

Prompts like that force higher order thinking skills.

Won't happen with ChatGPT. It's an LLM not AI

Or

OR

You could use your own brain to come up with answers and not have to worry about being outed as a fraud that is unable to have a unique thought.

I decided to go a different route:

quote:

Explain quantum computing like I'm someone who chants STTDB at LSU games.

quote:

You know how STTDB is technically just four letters…

Guess I got what I deserved.

Assuming this actually works, my theory on why is that LLMs like to steal from a single website or Reddit post to give its answers. When you add modifications or constraints, it can no longer do that, so the analysis gets deeper.

How long before robotic goons come over to "teach us some manners"?
