Need an OT trashy rating: food delivery, drunk driving, fastfood

There were a few too many beverages imbibed earlier in the evening, and the munchies were felt by all. We paid a little bit of money and had uber deliver food all the way out into the boonies.

Food shows up an hour later, black guy drove out into the middle of nowhere to drop off the meals. Likely not the most comfortable of things for him, as we are quite rural.

Upon drop-off, I apologized for the long drive and offered him a beverage.

Gave him the choice of any of a gross of whiskeys, made him a to go beverage with an ice ball, and a second to go beverage with my choice of whiskey.

I figured it was being neighborly. Some other partygoers felt otherwise.

He's a grown man on his last stop of the evening, I didn't really see the issue.


Eta: fried chicken to go from a restaurant... Not actual fast food.
