quote:

“And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:”

Acts 2:17

Be it in Iran, which is becoming a tidal wave of disillusionment with Islam and a serious number of people coming to Jesus, or in this case amongst Palestinians or others, God is doing serious work to call those with an open heart to Himself.

Something of note this young Christian lady sheds light on is just how strong the delusion and brainwashing is amongst these people to hate the Jews and Christians, and I think it should be said that the commonality amongst all religion is how it uses fear as the motivator to follow rather than the truth that God is love and offers salvation as a gift He has already paid for in full for those who would simply believe and accept for themselves.

THIS is what happens though when one has a real encounter with the risen Savior of mankind. Hearts of stone are transformed into hearts of flesh. Jesus is still very much in the miracle business.

Not fans of Jesus.

Ironically the Muslims are more tolerant of Jesus than the Jews.

I think that’s true of all who reject Him on a whole, even those within organized religion who prefer their own self righteousness and finished works to Him and His finished work on their behalf. Sadly however, one day all of them will realize who and what they rejected, and it will be a bitter pill to swallow.

They’re looking for a messiah that would come take over and destroy their enemies. He came to change hearts and destroy our greatest enemy, Satan.

I’m hopeful that the gospel can be spread in Iran, but currently I believe it’s illegal there with a harsh penalty.

Tough to say - do you prefer one 9/11 or 70 years of subverting our politicians, NGOs, corporations, entertainment and media industries, as well as siphoning money off the American taxpayer multiple times every single year? I think the latter is much more destructive and tragic than 9/11.

The true Hebrew bloodline jews that's are still found in present day Ethiopia tolerate and love Jesus. The watered down invader colonizers jews in present day Isreal dont. The jews in Ethiopia can also trace their bloodline directly to Abraham. The European jews in Isreal cant.

What is so notable about the Judaism is the Tanakh is CHOCK FULL of God-sent prophets that Jews widely cast aside and disregarded at their own peril. They prophesied of yet another that is God-himself and despite their history of failed and bad decisions, they make the same conclusion with Jesus.

What does NYC have to do with Christianity? It’s one of the most secular cities in America?

Lack of willingness to learn is a terrible thing to expose on the internet.

The Beta Israel group in Ethiopia has about 10-15% genetic material from Bronze Age Canaanites / Iron Age Israelites (let’s call that Levantine peoples). The rest of their genetic profile is that of indigenous Horn of Africa peoples.

They really did have Israelite heritage. Judging by them having the Torah (made during the Persian period) but having no knowledge of the Maccabean revolt against the Seleucid empire, their Jewish ancestors probably migrated to Ethiopia in the 300-170BCE timeframe. They interbred with local indigenous tribes and have created a watered down Jew that looks like the regular Ethiopians.

Ashkenazi Jews from Europe have about 50% of their genetics from iron and Bronze Age Levantine peoples.

Sephardic Jews are around 60-70% and Mizrahi Jews are about 70-80%.

So you got it backwards. The ones you called watered down Jews are more Jew than what you called the “true” Jews. But they all have Jewish ancestry.

Abraham is a fictive character, not a historical person.

What we are seeing is spiritual warfare, not politics. God is moving in Iran and beyond, breaking deception and calling people to Christ. Religion rules by fear. The Gospel offers truth, grace, and redemption already paid in full. Changed hearts prove Jesus still saves.

Hmm... I could have sworn it was the Muslims, not the Jews, who are beheading Christians in Iraq, Iran, Somalia, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Syria, etc. and killing Christians in Nigeria?

The Muslims claim Jesus as a historical man and prophet (their second most important prophet they call “Yeshu”). They are very tolerant of their version of Jesus but not Christians who they believe have corrupted the gospel and shouldn’t be worshipping Jesus as a god because there is but one God.

Technically speaking, maybe you’re right, in the same sense that we don’t know if Paul Bunyan was a real historical person or whether he had a real historical giant blue ox.

But… there is no evidence of Abraham, or a man from the city of Ur, either from genetics or archeology, arriving in Palestine and fathering a distinct people group. And we have a parallel “father of the people legend” from nearby (to Babylon, where the Levantine Jews had been exiled) Persian empire of Brahma of the Hindu religion. Ancient Hebrew and ancient Sanskrit (the Hindu language) did not have vowels, but the consonants for Abraham and Brahma are the same B-R-H-M and both are said to father their peoples. Plus there is no evidence of anyone in Israel claiming to know of this Abraham character until the Persian period. So we have very good reason to doubt Abraham was a real historical person.

Those are NOT similar

But just because some of the legends about Abraham are not true, that doesn’t mean Abraham didn’t exist. Some people don’t believe Jesus was God, but still think he existed.
