used to be a primo job in that industry, absolutely going to shite, we’re hiring people from there that just up and quit, walked away from what was a very lucrative job, guess they could see the writing on the wall

Who'd have thunk it?
In every office I have ever worked in, if you hire a minority to run a department, within two years (at most), that department is overwhelmingly staffed by that minority. You only see diversity if it is a Caucasian manager.

Just floored that this would happen except that it happens every time. You put one in charge of hiring in HR and this is always the end result.

You're telling me that 100% of the IT and Data Engineering departments being Indian at my last job in the Dallas area (totaling at least 25 employees) just so happened to be by chance? That there was no nepotism or shady practices going on to arrive at that result?

You can bitch all you want, but I’m 1000% certain that their drivers are much more trustworthy than the uncivilized band of heathens currently employed to drive those trucks.

What's funny is even on the Dallas subreddit (a notorious far left shithole) the Indian fatigue is very real. Posts complaining about Indians get upvoted quite a bit. And then you'll have the white progressive liberals come in and say something like "But without Indians we wouldn't have all these great Indian restaurants!"
That's all it boils down to for them. They are OK with flooding the country with hordes of foreigners because of... the food. They can never give any other benefit these foreigners provide.
