The coach that was here, and was let go for the same investigation Bill Self was implicated in, is doing great in year 2 at his new school where our current coach is in year 6 and behind him.

If LSU is currently 40th, that puts them squarely on the bubble right?

It’s taken McMahon 3.25 seasons to get to #40 in KenPom.

Will Wade is ahead of him after just 13 games.

Isn't it his first year at NC State?

To be fair, this is still year 0 for McMahon. You have to remember, he had to bring in a whole new group of players this year, so it restarts his clock.

Come on man. It's not fair of us to judge a coach this far along in his tenure when he's had so many tough battles to face.

Another stupid thought.

Bringing up Wade is a huge distraction for losers

That great win last night dropped us from 34 to 41 in the NET rankings. Our defense was that bad against a terrible team.

Or smart people can watch college basketball all across the country. Who decided you can only watch one team play games?

Sweep the bottom half. Win 1 vs the top and LSU is 10-8 and dancing!

Realistically. If LSU plays like they did vs Prairie View they won't win another game. If they play like they did vs SMU then they might actually hit that 10-8. Very favorable schedule this season getting home and away games vs A&M and South Carolina; paired with home games vs Georgia, Mizzou, Miss State, and OU. Those are the 8 most winnable games and might be "must wins" for LSU to have a chance at playing late in March.

I believe this is rational.. and possible. The SEc is awfully tough top to bottom.
