He had every opportunity and chose to wait by the pole on his own. No one was even attempting to stop him until he made the move to sit on the bench. He deserves credit for that. Also credit to the father for handling the situation well. Could've been a worldstar scene and he chose the right path. Concern for child over vengeance on the owner.

Seriously we need to classify pit bulls as we do other dangerous species and not allow their owners to bring them outside their homes.
If every shelter would euthanize them on the spot this wouldn’t be a problem anymore.
