Sue the DNC. The state. The city. The county.

Fairfax County should be sued into oblivion.

To not enforce the law so brazenly and have it directly lead to the deaths of loved ones is unconscionable.

People that release them should be held accountable.

ICE should have accused him of misgendering. Then they would have turned him over.

Fairfax County was a swarm of illegals when I lived there 20 years ago. I can't imagine how bad it is now.

If you or me were in charge of a worker and knew they had lost their license for DUI injuries created - and then told that person to drive the company car to X place - and they killed someone or themselves driving recklessly - we and company would be held accountable.
Until we start charging judges who recklessly let criminals go it will keep happening.
Why are they allowed to get away with this? They are employees too

These are the same people that will scream at the top of their lungs about "common sense gun control" but they won't actually prosecute people who commit crimes.
They just want YOU to not have a gun.

No, it’s not civil. Criminally prosecute them all, throw them in jail then sue them to break them forever while they rot in prison.

The judge is celebrating this. This is the goal for democrat judges, they get to kill bad are not held responsible.

No progressive on this site will post in this thread. They are too busy smiling ear to ear. They want more of this and are hoping the "right" people get killed.

Instead of using the national guard to police high crime cities Trump should use them to enforce immigration law in sanctuary cities.

Exactly what law do you contend was violated?

I am not sure but these actions appear to go way beyond government immunity into intentional misconduct - very compelling arguments

How do you suggest that the prosecutor should have proceeded with no victims and no witnesses?

Yep this is straight bullshite. My brother lives on the Reston/Herndon line there in Fairfax County very close to the location of the murder.
