he has no winning HC experience. Maybe that should be a criteria...maybe???

I believe that is technically correct, but Frank is Verge's boy. It would have gone the same way regardless of who was in charge.

Wasn't the same true of Orgeron in 2016? Frank had one winning season as a head coach. O had 1 winning season as an interim.
