So what are we thinking about the lineup to start out this year??

CF- Curiel
SS- Milam
RF- Brown
DH- Yorke
C- Arrambide
3B- Caraway
2B- Simpson / Reaves
1B- Dardar
LF- Stanfield

???
Solid lineup. Anybody else maybe gonna break into lineup or is it mostly a question of order at this point?

Yorke at 1b. DH will be situational or hot bat. Rest is right. Reaves starts the season at 2b.

IMHO

I'm going to miss Dickinson. Him and Monster were legit up the middle.

Plenty good enough. Don’t let the 295 in your program make you think he’s not athletic.

I never said anything about speed

I won't guess on the batting order yet but the names you have are about right. Serna will play. Ruckert, Braun, and Harden are also names to watch. I don't think you can count Pearson out yet, either.

Harden might be the surprise player of the year. Pearson is going to play a role for sure.

Best resource to get a quick over view of all the new faces?
(For those that follow closely during the season but not deep into recruiting / portal)

Should be an incredibly experienced team.

Will we have an ace or two? Evans certainly has the potential, but who else

Will have to wait it out and see. At this point last year we did not know Kade Anderson was going to be what he ended up and we did not think Eyanson would turn out to what he did. On the flip side we did think Shores had the potential to be top notch ace kind of guy.

That said you looking at probably 7-9 guys who will push for starts with the obvious of Casan Evans at the top of the list. I think other than him you can look at Cooper Williams, Cooper Moore (Kansas ace transfer), Reagan Ricken (Freshman), William Schmidt, Jaden Noot, Marcos Paz (Freshman), Zac Cowan, and maybe even Maverick Rizy. Plenty of options until it all gets figured out.

Like most have said, I think Yorke starts at 1B with a revolving door at DH between a few guys until someone separates themselves. I could see any one of Braun, Harden, Serna, and Simpson getting a shot at DH.

I also wouldn't count out Ruckert sneaking into the lineup at 2nd eventually. He had a pretty good fall while his competition struggled a little.

We ever find out if the Curiel rumor was true? I have heard that it was from people who are part of TAF
