I believe that he is referring to US companies, operating in Venezuela at the time Maduro came to power, had all of their assets and equipment seized for use by the incoming regime.

I know. I assume many of these tankers have been sanctioned for years going back 2 or 3 administrations. Why are we just now enforcing the sanctions. What’s even the point of sanctions?
