09/06 - vs Wisconsin (in Green Bay, WI)
09/12 - Rice
09/19 - Michigan State
09/26 - at Purdue
10/03 - at North Carolina
10/31 - vs Navy (in Foxborough, MA)
11/07 - Miami (FL)
11/21 - Boston College
TBA - SMU
TBA - Stanford
TBA - at Syracuse
TBA - vs USC

Basically only 3 games they could maybe lose. Miami, USC and maybe SMU

10-2 is the absolute floor

What a joke

Only 3 away games- UNC, Syracuse, & Purdue.
Yet they want to be included in the playoff like they have are a regular team.

They lost to Northern Illinois last year. They’re capable of losing any game on that schedule, they won’t, but they could.

Schedule still sucks, but I won’t be shocked to see them lose to Michigans State with Fitzgerald or Purdue who was a lot better this year

And two “neutrals.” Not really that different than most other P4 teams

Sometimes i just randomly think how much a vibe Joe Tiller’s Purdue teams were. Brb going throw for 583 yards.

You could make the argument that Navy is the 3rd best team on their schedule.

They’ll start preseason top 10 because of their name and just steadily move up as the 9 game carnage of the sec season heats up meanwhile they don’t even have to break a sweat to remain top 12 for their stupid autobid into the playoff

So dumb

The USC game isn’t confirmed yet even (although it sounds like it will likely happen)

Need to dump that ACC arrangement. Terrible teams that drag the schedule down.

This is what they wanted so they could avoid joining a league and keep playing Navy.

USC will likely be a road game, it just technically hasn’t been finalized yet. Small possibility it’ll be neutral, smaller possibility it won’t be played at all, smallest possibility it’ll be played in ND Stadium.

6 home games - 4 road - 2 neutral (technically Navy is a road game; they always choose to move it to an NFL stadium instead of Annapolis).

I’d love to see USC drop them. Does Big Ten have a rule about playing at least a P4 opponent/ND? (I’d guess not looking at Nebraska Schedule)

They already have a tough enough schedule next year:

at Indiana
at Penn State
Ohio State
Oregon

Quality, archival work here.

Tiller was a one-off from Wyoming installing “basketball-on-grass” in the Big 10.

A true revolutionary of the sport.
