Surely the Brown family has seen enough right? I think he gets canned after this season. Agree or Disagree?

Joe Brady perfect fit

quote:

As LSU's passing game coordinator (2019), Joe Brady developed a revolutionary offense that propelled quarterback Joe Burrow to a record-setting, Heisman-winning season and an undefeated national championship run.

Burrow credits Brady with teaching him crucial offensive concepts and defenses and with fundamentally helping him break down the game. Even with Brady now as the Buffalo Bills' Offensive Coordinator, Burrow speaks highly of their relationship, calling him "very creative," and they've maintained contact.

Up until today, they were averaging 27+ ppg during any game that burrow or Flacco finished

Looks like he needs a new d coordinator

But they aren’t good at anything

6.3 yards/pass attempt is atrocious, as is their 6th-worse team QB rating. They give up running the ball too early and are bottom-half efficiency when they try

It’s a garbage defense and a below-average offense that is only in the upper half of anything offensively as a function of volume passing from being behind so much

It’s a no-brainer decision. You fire the 7-year coach. No one actually thinks he’ll ever get it done

If they’re a remotely serious organization they will.

No wonder burrow seems fricking exhausted. He’s had to prop up the entire organization from day one because Zac Taylor doesn’t do shite. Can’t get the defense right, has zero leadership skills, has zero innovation schematically.

Look at what Payton/Vrabel/Harbaugh/Cohen/Ben Johnson are doing.

Even if you’re not Burrow fan, you have too much committed to him. The situation isn’t working, the obvious call is to fire the coach

Why? Not his fault Burrow can’t stay healthy and plays soft when he plays at all.

A normal owner and GM would have fired him seasons ago, so who knows. He's an awful coach

It is time for Zac Taylor to go.

He already fired his DC last year & they still suck

He has methodically piloted this system into oblivion. He shouldn’t be coaching DIII level.

outside of the QB, a few receivers, and a defensive end they have nothing.

They have routinely attempted to upgrade the offensive line and they have routinely failed. I just don't think that you get that unlucky that often which means some combination of:

Poor talent evaluation
Poor Coaching
Poor Scheme
Bad Luck

I doubt they are just unlucky when it comes to getting offensive linemen....
I tend to lean towards coaching and scheme being the worst things....

Put Payton as head coach and this team has 9-10 wins right now

The owner is one of the many issues. Paying 2 WR’s top $ is another. But changing the coach won’t fix all the problems.

Although, I do think they would be better off with a different HC.

The coached was able to coach this team to a super bowl. Maybe the qb has gotten worse and injured a lot since then and is the problem
