Yes, it’s wrong via deception. The same way that everyone who’s ever consumed dihydrogen monoxide has died.
Because vitamin k being synthetic is irrelevant. Might as well talk about all the “toxins” in it. It’s used once at birth to prevent vitamin k deficiency bleeding in newborns - which can cause bleeding through the skin, eyes, gums, and intracranial hemorrhages leading to death.
Early VKDB occurs in 0.25 to 1.7% of births.
On the contrary, despite the “black box warning” only ONE case report exists regarding it happening in newborns. There’s not even accepted incidence data on it happening in newborns.
Know what else has a black box warning? Acetaminophen and certain medications many rescue asthma Inhalers
He (and mainly the undead looking “all vaccines cause harm” psycho who posted it then goes on to list fictitious things and explains them in moronically misleading ways.

You know what, at this point I hope everyone pushing this nonsense puts their money where their mouth is. Don't get your kids vaccinated for anything, refuse vitamin K shots, maybe you can even do a few freebirths in your tub like that one influencer. When kids start violently bleeding to death in front of your eyes it might start to make you understand.

Not a melt at all. They can try to use sunlight and essential oils to stop their newborn's hemorrhage. I'm as pro-life as they come, but if it takes a few lunatics sacrificing their baby so others don't fall for this harmful shite, so be it

Covid really fricked alot of things up, mainly trust that normal people have for the medical industry in general.
