I'm not excusing either his behavior or the staffer. He was married with kids and had a big job to lose. She knew she was fricking and married man and neither one used common sense protection to prevent a pregnancy.
But it seems obvious this never comes out if they were winning more games. And I don't wish this media storm on their relatives. Neither his nor her family will escape this without a lot of notoriety.

This will sound over the top but I’d fire the AD unless he had an otherwise flawless record.
You can’t hire a 37 year old assistant coach that is almost immediately revealed to be part of a cheating conspiracy and within 2 years is impregnating office staff while married. Someone has to be accountable for THAT bad of a hire.

Much of the program was going to mutiny if he wasn't hired. I know an AD should have made the hard decision and hired a career guy, but it just wasn't going to happen.
