No way the Lakers are giving up Reaves and their best return is a chronically injured 22ppg guy. Seriously doubt they would trade Reaves for Zion, Herb, Looney, and Hawk straight up, much less give up numerous other guys. They are in 2nd place in the West and Reaves has been their second best player and probably an all-star this year, they aint messing with that.

I don't think DET or GSW would be a problem at all, that helps both teams. That's a pretty solid trade for all 3.
The real question is LAL. I understand the "why would they trade Reaves" crowd but we are one of the only teams who might be able to pull it off. LAL want both of Zion/ Herb, shite they want Missi too. Reaves is probably the single best asset/ fit we could get back and between Zion/ Herb/ Missi I think it can actually be done. And you are putting a star next to Luka that doesn't play a similar position + getting Herb.

We don't get a 26' 1st and we lose our 30' 1st but we also secure 2 of the best assets we could possibly add to this starting roster. It would be hard for LAL/ Utah to say no to that IMO.

How exactly it helps DET?
They didn't extend Ivey (and Duran) because they want more flexibility, and Harris is expiring, but you think they will want to pay Poole and Horford (who is barely playing) for one more year?
And how will Missi help the old GSW?
And where have you read that LAL wants Zion?
