BUT: The Department of Justice will continue to FIGHT for Alina, and when they win, Alina will retake her post, per AG Bondi
In the meantime, she’s joining the DOJ to become Senior Advisor to the Attorney General for U.S. Attorneys

Wait, if I understand correctly, Alina Habba's case was dismissed due to the fact she was not an employee of the DOJ before the temporary appointment. Now that she's going to be an advisor for the DOJ, she can be reappointed.
