This is terrible news, hopefully she will not win.

Former Rep. Colin Allred has announced he’s ending his U.S. Senate campaign, citing concerns that a drawn-out Democratic primary would hinder the party heading into a pivotal election cycle.
The move comes amid growing speculation that Rep. Jasmine Crockett may enter the race as early as this afternoon.

The amount of cheating to get Crockett in the Senate will be through the stratosphere. The Dems need their best useful idiot.

I just don't see how Jasmine Crockett wins statewide in Texas. Allred, I could kind of see it given the right circumstances, but not Crockett.

You'd need the two losers of the GOP Primary (between Cornyn, Paxton and Hunt) to convince their primary supporters to all stay home, or stab the GOP candidate in the back and vote D in the General Election.

It’s probably going be Austin’s favorite faux religious soy boy James Talerico that will eventually win the Dem nomination. A debate between him & Jasmine would need to be on Comedy Central instead of legacy media. It will be interesting how he would approach that debate with an actress like Crockett. According to leftist dogma a White male cannot criticize a Black female in any way or form.

Or it could be simply, he cannot win

Ted is the least favorite Senator, and well -

John Cornyn during the 2020 year of democrat cheating

If they end up running Crockett, it is going to be a bloodbath for her

They went all in with Beto in a mid-term and came up short

So the Dem think Sprokett will give them the boost they need to get past Ted.

Hopefully my fellow Texans have had enough of her like everyone else

I just don't see it

Allred is at least a family guy who can put on a moderate face if he wants to.

Crockett is a punching bag. She'll probably draw a lot of money similar to Stacy Abrams, but she's a dumber, more outlandish candidate than Abrams (albeit not as hideous) in a harsher climate for that (TX vs. GA).

He got his a$$ drummed the last time he ran. Cruz sucks at his marketing so might actually be closer this go-round with Crotchitch

I thought Crockett was entering the 2026 race? Challenging the winner of Cornyn's primary?

Beto got close because of the straight party voting option. That is no longer the case and people must select each candidate. So that is why the margins have been larger for R’s.

Was that the same election cycle where Dora the Explorer got elected Harris County Judge (CEO)?

Yes it was. It was also the cycle that flipped the criminal and family court judges to demonrats as well.

Sprokett has the Lunatic part of the democrat party backing her, she's AOC's sidekick.

They will do anything to get her in office

Even with my very pessimistic view of the American electorate- I don’t see a world where she can be elected

Hispanics and suburban white people will not be turning out for someone who gives McDonald’s manager vibes
