I do believe that the mud ball is starting to roll downhill on her, and picking up rocks and boulders on the way.
Her days are numbered. You can tell by her look, her recent reactions, and the building chorus of calls against her in high places.
Her latest rant about taking revenge against all MAGA supporters, and about how Minnesota will fail without Somalians and her ... are pre-desperation flailings.
She knows she's in trouble. She's hanging on for dear life .... but it's all going to catch up with her eventually.

The bottom line is that if some people are “above the Law”, then in the eyes of those who are not, the Law becomes unjust. Therefore said law becomes powerless based on a moral and practical obligation to follow it, and more moral and practical to reject and reform it. Any such “reform” would necessarily take place outside of the unjust and systematically imposed law structure.

Most likely the case.
I see this as a crucial litmus test for the (alleged) American system of justice. Will we continue to aid and abet clear treason and incitement from our elected officials? Or pretend it doesn't matter? Prosecution should be a slam-dunk.
