Record Holiday spending, paying 1k car payments per vehicle, living in 1 million dollar houses, spending 10 dollars on ground beef, taking international trips every quarter. I guess I got left out lol.

It's actually getting to be astonishing that people are able to make minimum payments on all the shite they have.

Appearances can be deceiving.

It will catch up to them all in a big way later. It always does.

I feel poor on TD.

The OT is all about people’s first world problems

Travel board is people debating 14 vs 21 days in Europe and Asia.

The Music board is comparing where you went in the world to see your favorite band and how you had front row seats.

And I’m over here stressing about saving enough for college for my kids and how to buy one a car

Not everybody.
I can say this though, if you don't have car payments, all the rest is much easier.

It’s a lot cheaper to ski or go to the beach in Europe.

I still don’t understand how people are affording everything.

I paid my truck off in September. Wife still has 4 years on hers. Would have 3 years left but she just had to get the 4wd model last year.

Don't forget about the Money Board. Everyone over there puts Elon and Bezos to shame.

No

They are just irresponsible with their spending habits and need to look good on social media

No. A lot of people are over leveraged.

Take a look at what the Fed did the other day to quietly bail banks out. We are living on borrowed economic times and when it pops it’s going to be ugly.

Math will eventually catch up with them, especially with credit card carrying costs staying above 20%.
