Think its refreshing in a way if it happens. Obviously he and Franklin have a good relationship and if it makes sense to him and for Pry what's the harm? Never know with humans, but i dont think Pry would lobby for the job to cause issues. Rare but refreshing.

He might’ve kept a house there and I have no idea where he was during the season but I can tell you that’s not the case for his family with absolute certainly.

Yeah, but it never happened with no time passing. Arnett was State’s coach 2 years ago. That usually takes some of the sting out of a firing and out of the bitterness of fans.
Pry was a great DC for Franklin and if he likes where he is enough to do this, VA Tech fans would be smart to support the move. There are plenty of good to great coordinators who just weren’t meant to be head coaches.
