Had my 50th Birthday party. Had a bunch of friends over. Went to a concert at a local bar/dive. At about 3am, we all headed to Waffle House. Altered is a understatement. Ran up a fairly significant bill since we basically filled the place up. When I got up the next morning, I dug around in my pocket an found a receipt for Waffle House. Evidently, I not only paid the bill for everyone but I paid the waitresses rent with the tip I left her.
It was like I doubled the bill for 20 people or something similar.

Have several friends report success with that surgery. Like Lanier said, keep looking toward the pain free goal when pushing thru the first few weeks, you will get there.
