Because play calling matters. A lot. We just saw how piss poor play calling was with Sloan

NO SIR! If KW is leaving, it'll have to be Shrmpy. I'm not a big Shrimpy fan or nut job Sychophant, but he's a very good DL Coach and knows the landscape already. No other choice!

Decent hire but lane is hiring him just because he coached with him at usc.
He runs a similar type defense as Blake baker. Linebacker coach.

Think so too. Looks like he was a legit DC at the FCS level, good at KSU, shite the bed at MSU and had WF better than recent years.

He took Wake Forest from being a GARBAGE defense last year to 26th this year. Not a bad candidate. Plus, as already mentioned, there’s his preexisting relationship with Kiffin.
