It baffles my mind that people on the board want a radical change like Kiffin (myself included) but are shocked and outraged by decommits and their favorite position coach not being retained…

We have been very mediocre the past couple years and maybe some of these “favorite position coaches” contributed to that. You don’t pull someone like Lane without giving him complete control. Buckle up and let the man work.

You are 100% correct. Look what Ole Miss has done with way less than we have to offer. We about to roll gentlemen!

How many nation championship teams has Frank Wilson been a part of at LSU.

Not saying he’s not a great Coach but maybe a new set of eyes, shaking things up, and not handcuffing your new head coach with assistants he didn’t pick wouldn’t be such a bad thing.

I think most everyone is ok with Frank not being retained. Just have to figure out a solution for recruiting New Orleans.

Frank Wilson has not been a part of any national championship-winning teams at LSU, though he was on the coaching staff for the 2011 team that reached the BCS National Championship game. That team lost to Alabama in the final game.
BCS National Championship appearance: Wilson was on the staff for the 2011 season when the Tigers reached the BCS National Championship game, where they were defeated by Alabama.
National championships: LSU has won four national championships in its history, but the championship seasons did not overlap with Wilson's time as a coach on staff.

We haven’t run the ball since LF7 was here and people think the RB coach is Jesus because he knows the high school coaches in NOLA. It’s hilarious

I appreciate what Frank and Corey have done for LSU, but the constant question of whether they're staying or going with a coaching change gets exhausting.

Im not a 'Frank has to stay' fan....but itd be nice if he did. The RBs, IMO, are fine. We havent been able to run the ball bc of the O-line....

Let them leave! The Lane Train has 25 million minimum to replace them. We're good.

I'm more concerned about Corey Raymond than I am Frank. Dude has put 20+ DBs in the NFL

I would much rather retain Corey over Frank. His production of elite DBs speaks for itself. We need that here. Also, I’d love for Lane to try and bring Tyrann on just as an analyst to start that and see how it works. No doubt he could help recruit the NOLA area and has been vocal about coaching at LSU.

With NIL and the transfer portal college football has undergone a dramatic change. The smart money either makes the change or like Saban decides they no longer want to play the game this way.

You either change with the times or you become obsolete.

Mediocre??? We’ve been at the bottom of college football in rushing this entire tenure.

I really would love to see Frank retained in some capacity, but if he is truly leveraging recruits to demand an on-field role then bye Felicia.

Idk if any of that is true. I hope it isn’t.

Agree 100%

The only things off the table are Mike and Tiger Stadium. Let Coach do his thing.
