Mates, I made a promise to the Lord that if he brings us Lane Kiffin, I will attend hot yoga classes throughout his tenure. Its something I had been wanting to try anyhow, and this makes it easy.

I land back in Portland this Friday night, and my first hot yoga class will be Saturday AM. Is anyone else planning to start?

I'm sure this was the push the Lord needed to provide LSU Kiffin.

Hot yoga in Portland? Be ready for intense body odor from no deodorant, unwashed dreadlocks, and stanky pussy. Oh, and that guy in the back of the class with the dousche bun that makes weird noises during the sun salutations.

Any tips or encouragement? This isn't really my thing - Ive just noticed that the one way I am starting to feel old is lazy posture and a neck that doesnt turn like it used to

I thought it was just me. I looked up local options just the other day. I've wanting to add sauna to routine and need to improve flexibility.

We do have a Hot Worx place that opened up near us a few months back that the wife is joining today.

Has nothing to do with LSU and Kiffin, though.

Yoga for a man (and mostly for a woman) is a waste of time. Hit the weights and stretch. I can feel your Testosterone levels sinking from here.

I do attend HIIT classes several times per week and lift at least two additional times, but they don't help with my posture and my pliability the way id like

I went one time with my wife after a night of heavy drinking. I was fine and kind of enjoyed it, but I'm sure everyone else in there was not fine with all the smells my body was expelling.

I did it a couple times with my wife during the COVID shutdowns and the gyms were doing virtual sessions.

While I fully admit my body could benefit from it, considering all the miles of running I've done over the years that has built up scar tissue, I'm just not patient enough for it. Just a 30 minute session was miserable for me.

So like an idiot, I'll just continue going out and running each morning with the aches and pains.

im sure you could find a bear that wouldn’t mind bending a twink up like a pretzel a couple times and week and help stretch you out… for free

Well that was just regular yoga, as it was in my living room.
