If Blake Baker leaves, what do y'all think about Lance guidry taking over?

Sounds like he’s staying

Hope he does.

Just to be clear, I hope he stays at LSU

If Tulane offers I don't see how he says no. Tulane isn't a bad job especially for a first time HC and being an alum there

Maybe he wants to make a natty run with Lane

No way, sorry Lance

He already works there I believe as an analyst. I may be wrong though

Can't imagine CLK hasn't seen and analyzed the defensive stats Blake engineered in an otherwise disastrous season. Where would Blake find a better gig?

Looking at this without the purple & gold glasses, I'm interested to see how Baker's defense will fare with Kiffin's fast-paced offense.
If there has been one on-the-field knock for Kiffin coached teams, it's that his defenses have a hand tied behind their back because they are on the field a lot longer than the offense. It's why Ole Miss has that stretch where its defenders would fake injuries, just to allow the defense to reset and regroup. It's also why Kiffin's teams have rarely ever had a defense in the top half of the SEC.

That's not a lot different from what he dealt with this year. So many times the offense couldn't get going and put the defense right back out there. At least Kiffin's offense will score more.
