So Landry and Knox Kiffin weren’t trolling after all.

It turns out Landry at the ladies booster event, and Knox with the LSU headphones were just a precursor to what Lane was going to do. In retrospect, this wasn’t nearly the secret that many want to believe at OM. He was pretty out in the open, even openly sending Layla to check out Baton Rouge. Lane may be labeled the bad guy, but he was making his intentions clear for a while.

Had he just left, no one would be villainizing him to this extent. His “burn it down” approach is the problem, even if LSU fans are beating off to it.

They told him he couldn’t coach the playoff. Sexton tried to send Saban and others on TV to defend Lane and fight for him but everyone agrees he should move on. Lane is the problem at this stage.

Is Uhigh still in playoffs? If so, Knox has been named the starter and becomes first qb to participate in state playoffs in 2 states in the same season.
