Sumrall has a fan club with some obsession with his under performance.
He literally did nothing different from his predecessor at Tulane but is amazing.
He did a very good job at UAB, no doubt, but his Tulane tenure has been nothing to gloat about. He has not elevated them and you can see from UH’s improvement this year who built Tulane.
Joe, will he be a complete bust? I don’t think so, but the absolute obsession he gets from some is beyond absurd.
