Anticlimactic Announcement

Man - everyone was going mad yesterday hoping for the big announcement and it never truly came. It got to the point that some even said move on from him. Although grateful that Lane will be coming here, I was hoping for a drop the mic type announcement and all we got was Marty Smith for several hours leaking what we already knew. It won’t be the same today when it’s officially announced.

We watched Marty's soul leave his body yesterday. He was smug af during the egg bowl. Now he's being fed applesauce by an orderly.

Is this your first coaching search? There is never a drop mic type announcement. Its always leaked and hearsay until he arrives at the airport and stands behind the podium at the new school!
