Lane is the best hire in this cycle. He is known to be a hard worker as most coaches are. So you get Les Miles and O’s work ethic with more ability. Brian Kelly was lazy. The candidates in this coaching cycle are very poor especially when considering their potential salary’s. Orgeron was paid reasonably and that was a major selling point to the fans. You can’t pay Sumrall top 10 money at $10 million a year. The guy has never coached a power 5 game. Wait for Kiffin.
