Do OU Fans Realize They're Not Playing Texas?

Except that it does not trigger Texas fans. When Texas’ rivals do “horns down” in games vs random opponents, Texas fans laugh at them and are honored that they are living in their rivals’ heads every day while Texas fans are giving zero attention to them.

It has nothing to do with being an LSU fan. frick Texas. They have the self perception of Ohio State and Alabama without any of the trophies to go with it.
They ruined the big 12 because they thought they were the centerpiece of the conference despite OU owning it throughout.
Plus they got their conference to actually make horns down a penalty briefly.
