Its obvuous Lane is looking to the heavens for a "sign" to stay.
Thank God young Knox lost last night. Need Bama to win today to close the door.
If the Barners win Lane is going to give US the ultimatum that he coaches OM in SECCG.

I’d say OK State losing in the BIG 12 playoffs giving Alabama a mulligan was a bigger game than tonight’s (along with many other games)

If Auburn wins, Deboer may very well want to depart for Penn St. That chatter is real.
Kiffin is not going to take the LSU job if he thinks the Bama job might be open in a week.
If Auburn wins, he can keep coaching his team AND sit tight and see how things shake out at Alabama.
So yes, its a big game for LSU fans but not only in the way you mean.
