I genuinely think 90% of Florida fans are schizophrenic. Might need to put the fluoride back in the water

Wait wait wait

THAT is what all the UF fans are basing their “submarine maneuver” desperation on?

Oh wow

Not outlandish to think he’d sign one if that’s where he wants to be next year.

That’s not how an MOU works.

That wouldn't be in the best interest of any client to sign something like that even if they knew they were going there. Not saying he still won't, but he'd be an idiot to sign that.

And it’s not outlandish to think he’d sign one with us if that’s where he wants to be next year

Memorandum of understandings are in no way binding.

If Lane signed anything that’s legally binding, he signed a contract, which would be illegal since he’s still coaching Ole Miss.

This idiot has no idea what he’s talking about.

Are you dumb?

Lets assume he DID sign an MOU with a school.

IT WOULD NOT SAY THAT.

No agent would allow their client to sign an MOU with a financial penalty.

Ask yourself...WHY? What leverage does a school have to require a financial penalty if he backs out?

None.

Now...and I doubt this happened....

BUT

He could have signed an agreement with OM that he would coach thru the egg bowl and then have a mutual free and clear separation....

...and then signed an MOU with LSU for terms of the new contract to be signed at a later date.

THAT is possible....but thats kind of it I would think.
