Greatest can fall into a few categories…quickest, most violent, most skilled/creative, buzzer beater.
Edson Barbosa spinning kick was pretty wild

Holloway knocking out gaethje at UFC 300, after pointing down to the center of the octagon. It was for the BMF and it happened at the 24:59 mark of a 25 minute fight. FRIGGIN INSANE

This one was stunning at the time

Not the most violent, but one of the most memorable for that time
Brown Elbow

Hall head kick is always a good one

I watched that fight. Mirko's best days were way behind him but no one thought he would get flat lined like that. One of the nastiest head kicks I've ever seen. I thought Mirko broke his leg.

His face kick KO of Vitor Belfort. Speaking of kick KO, Lyoto Machida crane kick KO of Randy Couture was something out of a movie.

The Weidman knockout on Silva was poetic. Anderson mocking him … until he couldn’t

But Cro Cop got his revenge in the rematch.

Sorry, but regardless what you think of him, Conor McGregor’s KO of Jose Aldo is the GOAT… Only because Conor literally called it during a press conference exactly how he was going to knock Aldo out.
McGregor wasn’t the overwhelming favorite in that fight at all, and for him to KO a current champ and legend of the game exactly as he publicly predicted in just 13 seconds is absurd.

It's too bad he didn't get an earlier start in the UFC. No one thought the UFC would become what it did.

Matt Hughes' KO via power-bombing Newton to win the title, while in a triangle choke

Great KO for Conor. Too bad he turned into such a douchebag and started hitting an old man at a bar because he refused to drink his brand of swill and then all the other manic episodes involving the general public since then.
Been a lot of talk about him returning to the octagon, but I don't see it happening-----and if he does, I can't see him being dominant like he once was. He's been away too long and you can't beat father time.
His last 7 fights saw him losing 4 of them. Two by submission and two by stoppage with his last fight being over 4 years ago.

For me it’s Hendo vs Michael Bisping

Joaquin Buckley's ninja kick KO deserves a mention. It's an all-timer.
