If Lane says No to LSU, I think we're in real trouble.

I don't see much of a list left of desirable coaches.

This is where I feel AI would be of great use.

Been consistently told Drink has been your #2 the whole time. I think Drink leaked the Mizzou contract extension talks to put pressure on UF/LSU.

I say give it to Baker on a 4 year deal and see what he can do. We have pushed our chips to the middle of table for Lane. It was always gonna be a tough situation if our deal with him fell through at the 11th hour. Same applies to Ole Miss because they probably miss out on their top replacement options if Lane leaves them on Saturday/Sunday night.

Dillingham and Sumrall would be my clear cut choices otherwise. Both are still “available”

Any sexton client is going to be available if we miss on lane with the money we are offering

Dillingham wouldn't come here. This place requires a "fit". We should have learned that by now.

If we swing and miss on Kiffin, and Sumrall is off the table. I think we roll the dice with Blake. Who knows. Maybe he will be great. Its just an unknown. The timing of all this is so crazy.

Im not saying I want Blake. I just think thats what they do. I've always felt like if Morris or Sumrall was on the table I'd be fine with either if Lane doesnt work out. Morris is now off the table though...

I really don't see much of a chance in this happening, regardless of the Egg Bowl outcome. I understand the "nerves" given Kiffin and all the other "variables" but I really think we are "worst-casing" this. I say there is less than 1% chance Kiffin remains at Ole Miss after Friday.
