Morning all

JOTD

Imagine if Americans switched from pounds to kilograms overnight.

There would be mass confusion.

Good morning.

I promise to no longer try to help people and just make crude jokes on the OT.

Good morning everyone.

Anyone here have any exciting plans for Thanksgiving? I don't usually like cooking, I do it more out of necessity, but I'm actually looking forward to cooking tomorrow. Not sure why though.

Hope everyone has a great day! And if you're traveling for the holidays, safe travels.

Did Friendsgiving last Friday. No brine for me. Spatchcock and dont look back. Dry off, mayo as base, season, smoke at 300 for about 3 ish hours till 160, then wrap in cooler for a couple hours. Baste in butter every 45 mins after the first hour.

Very simple great turkey.

After telling the JOTD to the kids, be sure to teech them that mass is the amount of matter of an object, and weight is the force of gravity upon it which can vary greatly depending on the conditions.

Pat and that’s that.

Food prep and travel day blues for sure.

1/2 day of work. Gotta load the staplers, water the plant and most importantly, separate the various paper and binder clips. Can’t have the sizes all intermixed.

Then sliding out the side door and letting the festivities commence through Sunday Funday.

Hope y’all have a bang up great Turkey Time.

That sounds like fun. Seems like friendsgiving is becoming more popular each year. Are y'all cooking the usual Thanksgiving meal or anything that's a little different.

Hope you have a wonderful friendsgiving and thanksgiving as well teech.

I sure am. My sister and her son are down so we'll get my mom out for a little bit and eat Thanksgiving together.
