Doing some math, looks like many of you are about to get busy with the spouse.

quote:

1. Sept 9
2. Sept 19
3. Sept 12
4. Sept 17
5. Sept 10
6. July 7
7. Sept 20
8. Sept 15
9. Sept 16
10. Sept 18

357. Nov 25
358. Nov 23
359. Nov 27
360. Dec 26
361. Jan 2
362. July 4
363. Dec 24
364. Jan 1
365. Dec 25
366. Feb 29

What’s so randomly special about the end of Sept / beginning of October?

People get it on a lot in the coldest times of year.

The second list is interesting. I'm assuming it's because no one has induced labor on or right next to holidays.

All the holidays being rare are because women get induced before or after. Doctors dont play that shite.

I bet once you get past September (Baby its cold outside) I bet there is a huge statistical spike around the rarest dates.

Somewhat of an oddity: September 12 - ranks 3rd; September 10 - ranks fifth. September 11 (my birthday) - ranks 91st, Go figure.

It's turning into a normal day as more and more people weren't alive for it but that date probably had enough influence on people being in the mood to frick for a few years to explain the difference.

eta-I'm an idiot and i'm drinking because it's my Saturday so sorry for the idiocy

Feb 29 makes sense since it’s only available once every 4 years. Although I know 2 folks with that date. Otherwise, it reads like a list of major holidays towards the end. Christmas, New Year’s, and 4th of July are the only major holidays with fixed dates. It’d be interesting to see if things like Labor Day and Thanksgiving have similar spikes.

Can’t imagine anyone post 2001 would voluntarily induce on 9/11, even though that’s apparently peak season.

July 4th... my mother-in-law was born on the 4th, as well as a good friend of mine. Yep, weird coincidence right.... well how about this, my good friend's last name is the same as my mother-in-law's maiden name. Not related at all.

I tell my wife this because her mom's birthday lines up perfectly and it grosses her out to this day.
