Regardless of what Lane does (outside of signing OM extension weeks ago) he can't win. If he takes time to explore his options, POS, takes another job, POS, tries to delay so he can coach his team and not run out on them, POS. What is he supposed to do? If he wants one of these other jobs that aren't OM, he can't win
