Looks like Russia’s demands in these peace talks are: - recognize and keep all occupied territories, including Crimea, Donbas, Luhansk and chunks of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia. - Cap Ukraine’s military-no big army, no long-range missiles or heavy weapons. - No NATO membership for Ukraine, ever. - Neutral status, basically staying out of Western alliances. - Demilitarization zones along the borders. I guess we’ll see how far Putin backs off or just keeps fighting.
