So now MN is arresting white people for hurting feelings

So this black child at a playground stole this white lady's property. The black child's parent then acts a fool because the white lady is upset their child stole her property. The white lady used a word that black people call each other all the time. The white lady gets charged with disorderly conduct but not the black parent. The only evidence they produce for disorderly conduct is her use of the word black people call each other all the time. This is a clear violation of her First Amendment rights. The First Amendment protects the worst of speech. You can face social consequences for your speech but you should never face any consequences from the government.
She has pleaded not guilty. No way this holds up on appeal if the freaks in MN convict her.

In Minnesota, disorderly conduct is a misdemeanor offense involving activities like brawling, fighting, disturbing a lawful assembly, or engaging in offensive, obscene, abusive, boisterous, or noisy conduct or language.

Well then their law clearly runs afoul of the First Amendment. The Supreme Court has long upheld the First Amendment protects obscenities.

As long as they apply this evenly, I have no problem with it. That goes for any disparaging remarks made about Caucasian people by blacks.

It's a ridiculous case if it's the one I'm thinking of... and the actual offense isn't even on tape, just the aftermath of her getting heckled and saying a bad word.
I am so tired of the magical word and every damned person that buys into its magic.

Caucasians aren't thin skinned nor thick skulled enough to get het up over disparaging racial remarks. Never have been, never will be.

I do. Freedom of speech
We should be able to call anyone whatever we want. Now there should be social consequences to that, such as shaming, losing a job, getting punched in the mouth. But not prosecution by govt

engaging in offensive, [b]obscene, abusive, boisterous, or noisy conduct or language.
They could arrest 75% of the people at Mall of America.
Equal justice?

Do you even live in MN? Do you scour the internet for things that hurt your feelings?

What’s your wife’s boyfriend saying?

“How did you make $750,000?”
“I called a 5 year old the N word in public”

That's not free speech is it huh? Noisy is fine to include, language is not.
Good luck winning this case. Obvious infringement on first amendment rights by Minnesota's radical left govt.
