There are those that really are not into Christmas.
If you're not in to it what's your reason?

I haven’t been in the mood much for it since 2009 when my Mom died 10 days before Christmas. She was divorced and I had two young kids at home. When I went to her home after she passed I found 1 kids presents laid out and realized she hadn’t done the shopping yet for the other. She had decorated too. She loved Christmas. Having to pack up her decorations, finish her shopping for my youngest, bury her, celebrate for the kids, etc. It broke something deep inside me.

I'd say it's a lot of this type of stuff. Broken hearts. Could be death like this, or bad childhoods and it translates to not ever having a reason to enjoy Christmas.
On the other hand, many people against Christmas have anger issues, are narcissists, or don't like joy/happiness/celebration in general. Broken souls.

All ICE resources should be redirected towards deporting anyone who puts up Christmas lights before Advent or keeps them up after Epiphany.

I'll tell you why.
The worst thing that ever happened to me was on Christmas. Oh, God. It was so horrible. It was Christmas Eve. I was 9 years old. Me and Mom were decorating the tree, waiting for Dad to come home from work. A couple hours went by. Dad wasn't home. So Mom called the office. No answer. Christmas Day came and went, and still nothing. So the police began a search. Four or five days went by. Neither one of us could eat or sleep. Everything was falling apart. It was snowing outside. The house was freezing, so I went to try to light up the fire. That's when I noticed the smell. The firemen came and broke through the chimney top. And me and Mom were expecting them to pull out a dead cat or a bird. And instead they pulled out my father. He was dressed in a Santa Claus suit. He'd been climbing down the chimney... his arms loaded with presents. He was gonna surprise us. He slipped and broke his neck. He died instantly. And that's how I found out there was no Santa Claus.

Oh, we will still celebrate Thanksgiving for sure, but it's nice to have the Christmas stuff up when doing so.
We're usually the weekend after Thanksgiving decorating people, but we're busy that weekend and will be on a trip from Christmas Day to Jan 2, so the window to enjoy everything is a bit shorter this year, so we are decorating today.

And has been bastardized into a commercialized month + long assault of advertisement and white girl mom's trying to out flex other white girl moms.
Thanksgiving is the one true decent holiday left.

1) It's over-commercialized beyond the point of annoying. If it just ramped up for the month from Thanksgiving to Christmas Day it would be fine.
2) As celebrated for the birth of Christ, I have no issue with it. I think it's wonderful that the world turns its attention to God at least on Christmas and Easter. (It'd be a better world if the other 363 days out of the year we remembered our Creator as well.)
3) My dad suddenly passed away on Dec 19th. The day after my brother's 21st birthday and a week before Christmas. No illness, no warning, no nothing. He just didn't wake up that Sunday morning in 1993. That kinda took the wind out of the sails for me. Thirty-two years later the numbing absence has been tempered by time, but I had already made it normal to see Christmas as any other day.
For those who absolutely love this time of year, I hope for you this year is the best Christmas season ever! And I hope each coming year proves better than the years before. I will simply enjoy it as another day given to us by God, and I will be pleased to sit contentedly and appreciate the joy that others feel during this time of year.

That's a great way to look at it.
I can certainly understand why it doesn't mean the same to you considering your personal experiences. I hope that whatever you are looking to get out of this Christmas is exactly what you need to get.

I think I smell something here too.
